SCNR Clusters
SCNTE Clusters are comprised of a tightly intertwined network of nano rods. This format
holds several advantages over more traditional CNT soot.
- ease of dispersion
- high internal thermal and electrical conductivity
- high degree of kinked or strained sights increase chemical reactivity

The high degree of consistency of SCNRs can be seen in the G band splitting. This
feature is rarely seen in MWCNTs, and even most SWCNTs, because of
inconsistency in diameters. The splitting is a result in the difference in energies
between in plane C-C stretching and tangental C-C stretching. For the researcher,
this means greater consistency from experiment to experiment.
